Enso Wellness is becoming mindful and free in the journey of creating "The Best You." What will your Enso trade mark look like? What do want it to look like?
There are many meaning be hind the circle, it can symbolize enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and void. It can also mean an aesthetic norm, on what do you consider beautiful or tasteful.
Wellness is just more than food, exercise, hygiene, or going to the doctors. I have been in the health field for about 10 years, my experience as a personal trainer, health and physical educator, instructor Zumba classes, competed in all naturally WINBF Body Building Competitions, trained for marathons, worked as a Ocean Certified Lifeguard, competed in Lifeguard competitions, practice yoga, train at Crossfit, and the list continues. I thought as long as a work out and my body feels good, I'm healthy, and I am ok with? Right? WRONG!
Now as I step into my 30's, I have been doing a lot of soul searching. I was lacking in the other areas of my health, mentally and socially. I thought to myself , "I want to be the best possible "ME" I can be!" There is always areas of ourselves that we can work on. The first thing, the hardest thing to admit is there is a flaw, a flaw about you that you do not like, or it effects your life somehow, and you want to change it for the better.
The second this is making the choice to change or take a step to working on that flaw, once you make that decision the rest is easy. It is educating and empowering you on ways to help that health flaw or issue that is hindering you from achieving the best person you can possibly be.
